Neotronics also has a “On-Call Paid Service Contract” wherein the customers can call for post warranty service on call basis but the contract should be book on annual basis for their equipments purchase from Neotronics. Customer who takes such service enjoys priority Service visits to attend the breakdown at much economical rate then the standard rate card, which can reduce the machine down time considerably in case of breakdowns.
